Complaints

The complaints emails (links below) sent to the SBW committee in April 2024 primarily detailed the many times Shoalhaven Bushwalkers committee members had violated the SBW Constitution, starting with the illegal safety sub-committee formed by Mary Furness in early 2023, and finishing with the 5th March 2024 SECRET meeting, SECRET decisions, SECRET correspondence and SECRET minutes.

A couple of these complaint emails deal with other issues - like David Campbell's potentially defamatory email.

Those complaints were sent to the Shoalhaven Bushwalkers committee and though they received a generalized mention in subsequent minutes, their subjects and details were kept SECRET from club members and never recorded as "Correspondence In".

* Complaint 20 was actually a non-complaint. The first 19 complaints were sent out between April 15th and April 25th, 2023. Non-complaint 20 was sent on April 30th, and was a non-complaint because the former Webmaster decided on that day to withdraw his complaints. He believed that they had served their purpose - to show the committee the error of their ways.

Unfortunately, the complaints fell on deaf ears ...

5 - Complaint against the entire committee for accepting the illegal safety sub-committee’s report for consideration

6 - Complaint against Peter Walsh, Kynie Evison and Rick O'Shea for Welfare Officer proposal

7 - Complaint against John Kubale, John Souter and Kynie Evison re illegal complaints procedure

8 - Complaint against SBW committee for their view that two web pages needed to be removed from the SBW website

9 - Complaint against David Campbell

10 - Complaint against John Kubale, John Souter and Kynie Evison re suppression of correspondence

11 - Complaint against the entire committee for their inadequate investigation process

12 - Complaint against John Kubale, Greg Smith and Andy Winfield for exceeding the terms under which the Sub-committee was established.

13 - Complaint against the entire committee for accepting the final safety sub-committee’s procedures

14 - Complaint against Sue Feary for misconduct

15 - Complaint against the committee re the first judgement in the 'Private and Confidential' letter

16 - Complaint against the committee re the second judgement in the 'Private and Confidential' letter

17 - Complaint against John Kubale and the entire committee about not being allowed to defend myself

18 - Complaint against John Kubale re interference with Facebook administration
