Subject: Complaint against the SBW committee for holding a SECRET committee meeting

Hi SBW committee,

This is an official complaint under Rule 13 of the SBW constitution. The complaint is made against the entire SBW committee for the SECRET committee meeting held on Tuesday 5th March 2024 which dealt with my alleged conduct. Rule 23 (i) (i) of the constitution states – “committee Meetings shall be open to Club members". Club members were not informed about this committee meeting. There was no mention of the meeting on the club program or in the club news, or via any other means of communication, so it was not "open to Club members". As a result the committee has once again violated the constitution.
